Satisfied Clients

"Raul did a fantastic job cleaning the grout on the flooring throughout our entire house. I had considered replacing the floor because it looked so bad when we bought this house, but he made it look brand new!"

"I called a few different companies for a job with multiple issues needing to be addressed. The symptoms of the problem was cracks and fractures in the mastershower and damaged wood below and adjacent to the shower. I wasn't clear if I needed a plumber and a tile company to complete the entire job of replacing the shower pan and retiling the shower. The first company arrived and gave me an estimate that blew my socks off!. I could remodeled my entire masterbath for the same price of the quote, not to mention the length of time they needed. So, I called SW Tile Care. Raul immediately returned my phone call and arrived the same day to give me quote. Raul's quote seemed to be in the ballpark of research i'd done. They were able to start the project immediately. Everything they promised they delivered. The price, the timeline and the professionalism was all a 10/10! I'll be recommending SW Tile Care to any looking for a trustworthy company doing quality work for a fair price."

"Raul and his team were great! With a new home we had all our floor tile, kitchen backsplash, countertops, shower and garage floors sealed. The crew arrived as expected...no waiting around for this team! A quality job all the way around. Highly recommend them for your needs."

SYLVIA A.

"Raul and Marcos transformed our tile floor and grout into a floor we can be proud of! Raul answered our inquiry immediately and arranged to come to our home and give us a quote the following afternoon. We were so impressed with Raul (he arrived wearing a mask, too!) and his knowledge and expertise answering our questions and offering alternate approaches to our job that we booked the job the following morning. The gentlemen arrived promptly and set to work with efficiency , friendliness and top-notch results. We give Southwest Tile 5 stars!"

Raul Contreras and his crew did an absolutely incredible job cleaning our existing tile and laying new tile in the condo we just bought. He layed new tile in two bedrooms matching it perfectly to the existing travertine tile that was in the rest of the condo. He was able to accommodate date us on short notice so we could move in and our scheduled furniture could be delivered by the 1st. Very professional. Hard workers. I would definitely use him again. I highly recommend him. Fantastic job. I am so pleased."

"We have traditional Mexican pavers (Saltillo) tile flooring. The finish had worn off and the tiles has lost their rich color. We heard about Raul and his company who does both residential and commercial projects. Raul works over several counties; we live in San Clemente. Raul and crew did our job in two days. The results are astounding. We have rich color restoration with a wonderful glossy finish. Exactly what we wanted. Raul is exceptionally easy to work with, knowledgable, and personable. We highly recommend him. Tom"

"Raul and his team did a beautiful tile installation in my 2 bedrooms. He arrived on time for the original quote and the workday. He said it would be a two day job and they were done as promised. This is a family business and I highly recommend them. They are fair priced, dependable and do awesome work."

Kudos... Really great experience. I had a VERY small service job to repair some grout cracking in my mother's home. They treated the tiny job (and my mother!!) with a smile, respect and the utmost professionalism. Already sent them other follow on projects to look at.

Rick Masters

Our travertine tile shower was in serious need of some TLC. A day of work and Raul did an amazing job of restoring it to its former glory. Highly recommended.

My ceramic tile floors look brand new. They look like 9 years ago when moved into my new home The owner, Raul, did far more than I expected. He moved appliances, furniture and my stuff to clean the floors and baseboards. He even did my bathroom and laundry. I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly. On time and professional.

Raul is a super star. The Southwest Tile crew turned over a decades worth of tile wear, golf course irrigation and various and sundry stains into what to anyone’s eyes would be new tile. Why replace when you can restore. I wish Southwest Tile Care would open a branch in Chicago so I could use them back there as well.

Mimi Graham

I had them clean all my tile in my house and it’s all tile and it was filthy. I had two sofas that are white and they clean both of those and the carpets and they did an amazing job and they put the furniture back exactly where it was cause they take pictures. They do every detail so I would highly highly recommend them.

Raul was great to work with! He did my small job efficiently and promptly! His prices were fair and I was very happy!

Brenda Blackerby

Raul and Juan did a great job bringing the life back to our slate tiles. They also fixed a loose tile in our living room floor and you’d never know it had been a problematic tripping hazard. Such nice guys and we love doing business with long time family companies.

Sue Greenberg

Our bath remodel experience with Southwest Tile was 10🌟. We have built and remodeled several homes and our expectations were high. From the first handshake and meeting with Raul we were confident that our project was in good hands. He amazingly handled every detail. His crew is polite, talented, professional and meticulous. Every night the job site was immaculate. Raul is a perfectionist and made sure that every detail was exact. He is generous with his talented insight. He offered suggestions to consider that might add that extra “sparkle.” Last of all, the proposal/estimate was honored to the penny. As we had our “walk through” we felt we felt so fortunate to have found such a company. There is no question who’ll we’ll call for any next job. Did I mention that our master bath is gorgeous??
