I have used Southwest Tile care to clean and service my Saltillo Mexican tile Raul and his crew did and amazing job, the crew was professional and clean they were very careful with there equipment to not scratch my walls and baseboards. I also had them seal the tile when finished I will defiantly be calling them for the next service and I highly recommend them.

Kudos... Really great experience. I had a VERY small service job to repair some grout cracking in my mother's home. They treated the tiny job (and my mother!!) with a smile, respect and the utmost professionalism. Already sent them other follow on projects to look at.

Our travertine tile shower was in serious need of some TLC. A day of work and Raul did an amazing job of restoring it to its former glory. Highly recommended.

My ceramic tile floors look brand new. They look like 9 years ago when moved into my new home The owner, Raul, did far more than I expected. He moved appliances, furniture and my stuff to clean the floors and baseboards. He even did my bathroom and laundry. I will definitely use him again and recommend him highly. On time and professional.

Raul is a super star. The Southwest Tile crew turned over a decades worth of tile wear, golf course irrigation and various and sundry stains into what to anyone’s eyes would be new tile. Why replace when you can restore. I wish Southwest Tile Care would open a branch in Chicago so I could use them back there as well.

I had them clean all my tile in my house and it’s all tile and it was filthy. I had two sofas that are white and they clean both of those and the carpets and they did an amazing job and they put the furniture back exactly where it was cause they take pictures. They do every detail so I would highly highly recommend them.

Raul and Juan did a great job bringing the life back to our slate tiles. They also fixed a loose tile in our living room floor and you’d never know it had been a problematic tripping hazard. Such nice guys and we love doing business with long time family companies.

Our bath remodel experience with Southwest Tile was 10🌟. We have built and remodeled several homes and our expectations were high. From the first handshake and meeting with Raul we were confident that our project was in good hands. He amazingly handled every detail. His crew is polite, talented, professional and meticulous. Every night the job site was immaculate. Raul is a perfectionist and made sure that every detail was exact. He is generous with his talented insight. He offered suggestions to consider that might add that extra “sparkle.” Last of all, the proposal/estimate was honored to the penny. As we had our “walk through” we felt we felt so fortunate to have found such a company. There is no question who’ll we’ll call for any next job. Did I mention that our master bath is gorgeous??
